      Mark R was fabulous from start to finish getting our roof replaced. He worked endlessly to make sure our questions were answered and needs were met every step of the way. Definitely would go to him with any future needs! The job was done quickly and looks fabulous.

      Hail storm on August 11. Without a Golden Valley permit the employee of MC Exteriors, came to my door the next day cold calling. I thought he was sent over by a friend, he was not. He said I had damage to my roof. He also said he could assist me with filing a claim for hail damage. I allowed him to file the claim on his phone to my insurance company. He brought out an agreement to do the labor. I was given little information and I thought my signing was something to do with my claim to the insurance company as he was moving the conversation along very fast. He started texting me about the adjuster coming out 2 weeks after the grace period to cancel the agreement. I did text him back once saying I had chosen another company, then he texted me a copy of the agreement that I signed. As a senior I feel taken advantage of in this situation and I'd like to have the contract dismissed.
      I would not give them one star if I was able to do that in this review. Taking advantage of my situation is a tactic I find inexcusable when doing business.
