    Bill is great at his job and he knows what he is talking about when negotiating with the insurance people. He will fight and make sure you get the most. For us, the insurance company was only going to pay for one side of the siding but Bill got to work and they ended up paying for the whole house! I was also close to the one-year deadline to complete the renovation project. I worked with another company to start the claim but I wasn’t already to go through at first . Times caught up to us and I needed things done asap. Bill picked up where the other guy left off. His team and him worked really hard and everything was completed by the deadline! Thanks to Bill and his team, we have a new roof, siding, and garage.

    The entire process from start to finish was very professional. Along with initial pictures I took, Bill came out and did an analysis of my gutter needs, put a proposal in writing, I accepted and a team came out and did a professional job. I had say to any particular needs I had. Bill came back out and inspected the completed work himself. I would do business again with this company.

    We used Better Solutions to replace our hail damaged roof. Bill made sure we got all the money from the insurance company needed for a complex project. He negotiated the rate for removal and replacing the solar panels which was incredibly expensive. He and his crew did a great job reroofing the house and the garage. No complaints and we'd recommend Better Solutions for any roof replacement.

    **** at Better Solutions is definitely on your side when dealing with homeowners insurance companies. Not sure how much time **** spent with my insurance company but I ended up with three separate checks that covered the costs completely. The job was complicated because there are solar panels on my roof. As an example, the insurance originally wanted to pay $1400 to remove and reinstall the panels- the real cost for the panel r&r was $14,000! The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up well after the work. No complaints after the job was completed and I can highly recommend Better Solutions.
