  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Call this company to fix a leak I had under my sink they first charged me $450 to put in a new garbage disposal where the leak was after putting the disposal in they said there was another leak so they charged me for a second trip to come out another $425 after the work was done my sink would not completely drain I called the company at first they told me they wouldn't come and fix it telling me they felt bad that I spent so much money but there was nothing they can do, the receptionist then calls me and tells me they'll send someone out. I just had a plumber here who told me it had nothing to do with their work and that my drain needed to be snaked for another $150 I don't have that since I drained my account for almost $1,000 on what they did.

  This customer originally contacted us on 07/11/2024 and wanted us to replace a bathroom faucet that she had onsite. We came out and did that work at our Time & Material which is a $40 Truck fee, $110 per hour for labor plus the cost of any materials that we provide. The customer contacted us again on 09/20/2024 because she had a leak under her kitchen sink, we came out again for the same price  (Time & Material). We found that the leak was coming from her garbage disposal and she asked us to replace, we did and the customer was happy with the work. The customer then contacted us again on 9/24/2024 and stated that she would like for us to replace her kitchen faucet and she stated that she had a new one onsite that she would like for us to use. We came out and found that there were no turn stops installed on kitchen sink supply lines and in order to install the faucet we needed to turn off the main water supply but the old gate valves at the water main where not closing so we had to call the city of ****** out to turn water off from outside (the customer was aware of this). Once that was done we changed out the gate valves with quarter turn ball valves, turned the water on from outside and the main tested okay. We then added quarter turn straight stops to the kitchen hot and cold lines, removed the old faucet and installed a new kitchen faucet with sprayer (customer provided). The customer was happy with the work and the price was done at the same as the previous jobs (Time & Material). The bill was a little more than we anticipated due to the unforeseen circumstances of the valves not working and us having to get the city out. The customer expressed how she was short on money so we did set up a payment plan agreement, which we normally don't do. She agreed and did pay the agreement. She then called us on 11/8/24 & stated that the drain where the garbage disposal is isn't draining properly, the office staff did inform her the we could send a plumber out to take a look but it sounded like the drain was clogged and the clog wouldn't be due to us replacing the garbage disposal or the kitchen faucet in September. Our plumber came out on 11/11/24 and ran some test and determined that the kitchen sink line was clogged. The customer wanted us to snake the line for no charge since we previously did work in September but again we informed her that this clog isn't due to anything that our plumbers previously did and we would have to charge for snaking that drain. We did express to the customer that we could work with her on another payment plan like before. ***** Plumbing & Drain Cleaning takes pride in our customer service and our reasonable prices.
