      Absolutely horrible customer service by the office manager. She is rude and unprofessional. No people skills, complete attitude everytime.

      When we started service with Thompson we were told we would get picked up every other week. Now (after 1.5 years) we are being told "We will pick you up the first full week and the third full week of the month" That means some times we have to go 3 weeks without trash pick-up! That's NOT what I am paying for! I pay for every other week, no every other week then maybe I should get a discount for the weeks my trash did not get picked up do to our agreement!A very upset customer!!

      They offered services when they didnt know who I was but once they found out who we are and where we lived they decided they wouldnt provide service to us. They are discriminating. The neighbors all have service by them but wont provide us with service. They state they have the right to choose who they provide service to. After knowing who we are they cant offer us the same service as everyone else. They told me 4 weeks ago they could (when they didnt know who I was) We always paid our bills in the past. Its not about money. Its beyond that! Crooked business.
