    Reserved an RV site and immediately realized I booked in the wrong area of a wedding we are attending. Tried calling number listed on website ************ and kept getting fast busy. I finally emailed them explaining I needed to cancel my reservation #******. I received an email and was told they are closed that I would have to send my credit card information to them via email (not safe or secure) or wait until May to get a refund minus 1 night charge. I responded asking someone to call me and I would provide my credit info and asked since it was within 24 hours why they were charging me 1 night for a reservation in July. I have not heard back. I want my money back so I can properly book somewhere else. The only way to reach them is via email ******************************

    I received the reservation confirmation Jan 30 @ 3:54 and her request to cancel Feb 1 @ 1:44

    We are not at the campground now that it is closed so we don't always get to messages right away. 

    Cancellation notice on the confirmation she received  "Non-Holiday - 1 night cancellation fee"

    I called her as requested, got her credit card information but the credit would not go through. Contacted ******** Services, Received a message that they are aware of a problem and it should be fixed today.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    **** did call me late Friday evening and I provided my credit card info. She did say there was an issue with the system as the credit was not going thru, she assured me it would be corrected and my credit would be issued. I contacted my credit card company today around 2pm to see if the credit was sent and was pending. My bank stated there is no credit processed as of yet. I sent **** another email requesting an update but have not heard back from her. 

    I understand the park is closed, however if a company has a way to take someones money they should have a way to return it. I camp all over the country and this is the first time I have had this issue. 

    At this time I am waiting to hear back from **** to see when I will receive my credit.

    Saturday morning I sent ****** an email that ******** Services were aware of a problem and they were taking care of it. I thought I would be able to get her the credit that day but the problem did not get fixed.

    I tried all weekend to get the refund to go through. I called the credit card processor several times and the only answer I could get was they were working on it. I have had conversations all day today with the credit card processor. They are still working on it. Apparently it's a big issue involving many businesses.
    There's nothing else I can do but wait. I'm sorry.

    I checked again this morning and was told "they have a bug in their code they are working on"
