    I ordered my Heritage Sauna *** barrel sauna long distance over the phone/measaging and their customer service was fantastic from initial inquiry, to placing order, to updates, to ************************ I asked a lot of questions and they were always very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I never felt any pressure or sales tactics. Ive had my sauna a couple weeks and absolutely love it. It heats nicely/hot and is very tranquil inside with that awesome smell of Cedar. I purchased the 10x6 with seating for 4-6 adults. I added the lighting, bench backrests and glass door upgrades and Im very happy with my upgrade options! I was worried about delivery, but Heritage Saunas not only delivered it from ********* to ******** themselves, but also set it up. ** my case, they finished minutes before a thunder storm rolled inWhew! If youre in the market for a sauna, I recommend Heritage Sauna *** out of *******, ********* and ask for ****!
