    I called Arrowhead water and talked with ***** on 12/07 and specifically asked if they do chloroform and nitrates water testing. I was told that they do but they cannot test for it in-house they would have to send it down to ******** ** and it would take **** business days to get results. I then asked if I could bring in a water sample or if they need to have someone come out to our house to take the sample. I left work early the same day to get her my sample before she left for the day. When dropping off the sample I double checked that we were testing for chloroform and nitrates as this is what I specifically needed which she confirmed, she ran my card for $142.10 and taped a piece of paper around the bottle I gave her and I left. They called me with the results today 10/20 and asked if we already have a water softener in our house as our water was perfect. I asked what the results were on chloroform and was told that they don't test for chloroform. I stated that I specifically requested chloroform and nitrates testing. This was the first time that I was told that they do not test for it. I said why would I pay you to run a test on the hardness when I already go through Culligan and could get the test for free as we have their water softener and suppy our salt. I told there is nothing they can do. My wife called down to discuss our charge and was hung up on. I went down to their location and calmly explained what happened and why I was upset. I was met with anger from both ***** and her manager. They said I was shown a piece of paper that states what they test for when I brought my sample in and was also told over the phone. I was never told or shown a piece of paper. They have surveillance and I requested that they go through footage to show she didn't go through paperwork with me. I was accused of calling ***** a liar and told to turn my a** around and get the h*** out of their establishment. I was misled, not treated with professionalism, and was swore at.
