NBW is amazing! I had ordered from another company that would not return my money for a wig I never received. After making many attempts, I contacted John Renau directly. The money was refunded within a few days. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with NBW. Orders are received in a timely manner. I returned two wigs which were both refunded within days of being received. The 15% was a little steep, but it was explained in the return policy. The customer service department is excellent! Stephanie has responded to emails on a Sunday. I’m truly impressed by all they have to offer. Thank you NBW!!

I am so lucky to have found NameBrandWigs!!!!!! After being burned by 3 other companies (BBB was able to get all of my money refunded for an expensive wig I had to throw away), I was reluctant to try another company. After reading these reviews I was encouraged. The customer representatives are awesome! They were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and went out of their way to help me. I ordered Angie by Envy. I was emailed photos for approval, the first time I've ever had that happen! When it arrived it had a cowlick that wouldn't behave. I called and explained, sent photos, and returned the wig. Full refund given - wow! It turned out to be fortuitous as the Toasted Sesame color finally came back in stock, and I reordered it in that color. Same thing, photos sent. The wig was perfect in every way! I had it styled like in the second ad photo, where the back flipped up, and the whispy sides came forward. My wig stylist was able to style it exactly! She was impressed with the craftsmanship and beauty of the wig, and will tell her customers about this company. I am so thrilled with the service reps and the integrity of this wonderful company! This is my first order, and certainly won't be my last!NameBrandWigs.com

After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to purchase, however, upon contacting NBW prior to ordering, I found the rep very helpful. I ordered a wig; it was as described. The restocking fees are high and I, fortunately, did not have to return. I suggest working with a rep prior to ordering and see what can be worked out to ensure the best service for you. Awful return policy. You order something online that you have never tried on and if it does not work (there’s a big chance of that), they keep 15% of your money. So on a $1000 wig, that’s $150 just to try it on.NameBrandWigs.com

1 starThe company did not refund my full amount that I paid. Also they led me on to think that my insurance company would pay for the cranial prosthesis. I found out since they do not have a NPI no. and are not in my insurance that I would not be reimbursed. So I cancelled before they shipped product.
