    Representative was very unprofessional both over the phone as well as via text message. Swearing and name calling. Harassing text messages as well as swearing via text message. Do not use this company

    Jeff was wonderful. I called and left a message. He called back an hour later and showed up at our house two hours later (same day.). I had no idea what bed bugs look like or residue that they would leave but my daughter had had a bed bug encounter at a hospital. Jeff could easily have told us we needed a full treatment. But, he did not do that. He looked carefully at the bedrooms. Explained that to actually see a live bed bug you have to know you have them (bites, very itchy, obvious residue.) There is a charge for coming out and inspecting. It was well worth the money for piece of mind! Jeff was prompt, polite and very professional. I recommend calling Bed Bug Guys.

    Thank goodness for the Bed Bug Guys ! Jeff was able to come to my house fast - just a couple days - and he was able to get the problem completely resolved. I stopped by at one point while he was working and I went into the house - it really was 130 degrees in my house! All the bugs are gone. Awesome job. Highly recommend.
