    I hired Jeff to use heat to treat our mold problem and had some unfortunately uncomfortable interactions. In the process of the mold treatment, he brought over an uninvited male not affiliated with his business that he states was another client, and tried to set up my female family member (who was home alone at the time) on a date with this man and wouldn't take no for an answer. He even offered to pay her to go out on a date or take $200 off the bill to go out with this man (for reference, she is in her 20's and this man was in his 50's)! Jeff also commented on my family members’ looks. Wildly unprofessional. He also screamed obscenities at our neighbors who were gardening in their front yard (one of them is darker skinned which I think spurred his antics). Jeff texted myself and my family member telling us we are voting for 'perverts for voting for the democrats', along with some bizarre conspiracy theories. I never brought up politics once with this man and don't care who he votes for, I just wanted my mold gone. We did do a repeat mold test and although it was better than prior, it still isn't eradicated.
    My family member and I are planning on filing a police report to create a paper trail and thankfully have all of this on indoor/outdoor cameras (ours and neighbors) and have saved our text messages as well. I don't plan on pursuing anything further legally with Jeff but would like others to know what they're getting into, hence my reason for posting this review.

    Super-fast and fairly priced! Jeff got rid of the water in my basement and took care of the issue so it doesn’t keep happening. Three heavy rains later, and not a drop of water in the basement. Very knowledgeable—he even took care of a few projects that I didn’t originally call about!
