    We went in on a Friday for two iPhone batteries. The girl that was there went in back and checked, said one battery was there, the other had to be ordered. We said ok well just wait till the one comes in and get them done at the same time. The girl did some things in the computer and told us the battery would be in Sat. Next day. Five minutes later says, Im sorry, I forgot we dont have next day Saturday delivery, so, itll be here Monday ok. She did some more things in the computer, took my money and said ok its all set to be here Monday. Monday my boyfriend brought his phone in early, since his battery was already there, dropped it off and left. The girl called me a few minutes later saying, Im so embarrassed, the battery we have isnt for his phone, and I forgot to hit send to order the other one, its still in the cart it took three days to realize that AND they took apart his phone before double checking the battery. When my boyfriend went back, after an hour, to pick his phone up, they still didnt have it put back together so he had to wait another ********************************************************************** embarrassment. They then ordered the batteries to be in Tuesday. I decided after all that I didnt want to give them my business and didnt trust that they are competent enough to do proper work. So when we went in on Tuesday, there was a different, woman there that we never saw or talked to, along with the girl we dealt with. The woman wouldnt let the girl help us. The woman was very snide, and short with her attitude. NO APOLOGY!!!!! Kept interrupting me, wouldnt let me explain what happened, because like I said, she wasnt there, we never dealt with her. She refused to reimburse the total amount, the $35 deposit. They didnt do any work!! And they lied about the battery on hand, and failed to order the other one on time, they took apart the phone and opened the wrong battery without double checking.
