    I want to tell you that he installed the shower door for me, beautiful work, clean, friendly and above all very well done.
    He answers your messages quickly, resolves your questions and concerns.

    I needed to have my shower base replaced and was trying to find a company that was reputable and wouldn't charge me an outrageous price to replace it. Did my research and I came across American Bath Technologies and reading all the reviews I made the phone call. I heard back from Tom and once I explained what I was looking for he came out and took a look and then it was decided that I would also like to have my shower tile covered up so he suggested doing an shower overlay and it could be done in a few days. I was sold since Tom explained everything to me so I understood the whole process and didn't hide anything from me. My shower turned out great and since I had an awesome experience I had with Tom, I had my spare bedroom shower, toilets and lighting changed.
    Will definitely recommend American Bath Technologies for any bathroom work, Always kept me informed on what was being done and the cost was very reasonable.

    We needed to have our bathroom modified to allow my disabled father wheelchair access into the bathroom and shower. I was provided a list of home modification or bathroom contractors from the VA, that they recommend to veterans. I contacted four contractors that were within my local area, one never returned my calls, another would not work with me and the VA. I eventually got two contractors to call me back and come out to my home to provide an estimate.
    When Tommy ******* first arrived, he was delightful, courteous, and friendly. He wanted to make our remodel happen, not for the money, but to genuinely help my father. His customer service was outstanding, we had a few in-home meetings to ensure we all were tracking on the remodel. He showed us various curbless shower bases, shower walls, splashguards etc. and he provided us with his assessment for the best products.
    We had to have a 45-year-old tub & shower enclosure reconstructed to a curbless shower. Once the construction started Tom kept in constant contact with us via text or phone call. He would let us know when he or one of his employees would be at our home, and what tasks were going to be performed that day. If a problem ever arose or if he was called away, we were immediately informed and we discussed next steps. They did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Tom did a walkthrough inspection at the end of each day and explained to us what was projected for the next day.
    It has been 4 months since the completion of the shower, and we love everything about it! The shower base with its non-slipping grip protection and minimal cleaning requirements is amazing. Installation had some challenges because of the minimal space in the bathroom and because the basement under the shower area had been finished, but Tom & his crew came through; the offset drain works perfectly. Our fantastic curbless shower looks great, Tom and his team provide great service.

    Tom and his group is great they installed my Vinyl floors. His group did a great job. Moved my furniture around and tubs I put things in they was a big help they took off my floor boards and put them back. I couldn't thank them enough for doing such a great job. Tom and his crew did the work for me on 8/8/23. I'm very satisfied.

    *** did a wonderful job taking out our old tub & installing a walk-in shower. He had our bathroom done in just a few days. He had it done on time & no hidden chargers. I would recommend him to anyone that is redoing a bathroom. We love our new shower & plan on have him do more work at our house next year, **************
