  Warning to Homeowners!!!
  Be very cautious with Results Contracting. They showed up, got on the roof quickly, and pressure people to sign a contract on the spot. What they don’t clearly explain is that if you decide to cancel, before you even get a quote from them (and it is your right) and no work has been done, they will threaten to come after you for 10% of your insurance claim.
  I highly recommend reading the fine print (nothing even in fine print said they would want 10% of your claim if you cancel) and not signing anything.
  This kind of business practice is aggressive and unfair. Protect yourself and your home. Look elsewhere for a reputable roofing company.

  Thank you for your feedback on this project. Results Contracting presents a Restoration contingency agreement to homeowners that is based on insurance proceeds. All terms and conditions are detailed in the agreement and we follow state laws and industry standard guidelines for all of our agreements including the cancellation provision. Like many business contracts the Results restoration agreement is intended to keep all parties accountable to mutual project investments and commitments. For Results this includes the resources, investments and personnel commitments to the project including the inspection, working with the insurance company, project planning, etc., leading up to additional labor and materials investments during execution of the project. The cancellation provision is written as a protocol and option in the event a homewoner wishes to change course, deviate from the contractual agreement, and commitments made. Every project and relationship can be a bit different, especially with the insurance company involved in the estimates and proceeds.   Scam of a company, trying to get you to replace stuff because of a storm even if there is no damage, makes false claims or willing to make false claims just to get insurance to cover expenses.

  Hello, we regret to hear that you were dissatisfied with your interaction with Results Contracting.  Results Contracting is a restoration general contractor with offices in multiple states assisting homeowners with exterior repairs to damages, such as roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, generally as a result of storm damage.  We offer inspections and support to homeowners to identify any damage and in turn support a process working with their insurance provider.  Ultimately the insurance company approves claims and a scope of work, typically with an inspection by their adjuster. 

  In review of our CRM I do not see this name or email logged as a prospective customer file or have any details concerning an interraction or inspection.  We have reached out directly via email based on the review submission and would welcome the opportunity to learn more about this interaction and address any concerns or questions.

  Derek came out after a storm and checked our roof which did have damage. We had an adjuster out and once we had the settlement they were out the next week and did the work. They replaced the roof on the house and garage. The crew did the whole job in one day and did a really good job cleaning up afterwards.

  The very first salesman who worked with us was awesome but he no longer is employee there. The next one we had was named Nick and he was u professional and lacked communication. Random men would show up unannounced and walk around our property without ANY prior verbal or written notice. The installation clean up was horrendous, they worked until 10 pm (which I understand they wanted to do it in one day, but it was incredibly late and pitch dark out). Poor planning. We now have shingles that are warped and I have tried to communicate with Nick who told us of someone else to communicate with from then on, (Nick only responded after I messaged him several different times. Again majorly lacking communication.) The next guy, Gerald, was great at first and explained things well. Now he has also ghosted us and we STILL have shingles to be fixed. I will only use this place since I am forced to to use our warranty, but will never never use again or recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

  Thank you for the review and feedback on the project. We apologize for any gaps in communication, in particular during the brief transition time that a field site supervisor resigned from the company. Unfortunately the text message sent about the follow-up issue was sent to the former employee number and missed. Upon learning of the concern I contacted ************************* directly on 5/22 to get feedback on the project and address any concerns. I informed that the former Site Supervisor is no longer with the company and shared our main direct office phone number and contact for any ongoing concerns. Results also scheduled our Service Manager for a site visit the next day on Friday 5/24. The Results Service Manager met with the homeowner the afternoon of 5/24 to address followup concerns and seal down a few shingles that were not yet lying down. Following installation it often takes a few weeks with warmer temperatures for all installed shingles to set and seal. With this immediate concern addressed we believe any reported issues are addressed and will continue to stand behind the Results Contracting warranty for the installation.   From day one Results Contracting has been very professional with communications & spot on with all details : pricing of roofs, insurance claims, processing all data back & forth with insurance agents.
  Kevin Miller the service writer was kind & excellent in calling me back whenever I had ongoing questions or concerns. Best customer service treated me with dignity & very honest person to work with.
  Results Contracting set up installation of roofs timely & completed the work quickly & I was impressed with their clean up skills. My home looks fantastic & loved how they cleaned around house meticulously !! I’d recommend their company to anyone in need of estimate or examine their roofs. They’ll give you an honest answer!!

  We had a great experience with Results Contracting. Mark was great to work with from his initial introduction right through to post job follow-up. They took care of all the interaction with our insurance agency which made things so simple. Mark also helped us pick out the right color shingle and we were very pleased.
  The weather was extremely hot the days the crew was here but they got here on time on the scheduled day and worked diligently throughout to get the project done. The results were outstanding.

  Going on 3 months roof was done very poorly took forever to even get them here to do the roof! Then after done took all day to do 22 square and didn’t even complete the job for what insurance paid for in there paperwork overlapped shingles shingles to tight and made a teepee then watched guy use his fist to smash down and after further inspection founds flashing level with shingles so water could run down my wall n when asked about flashing was told it was all good we’ll come to find out it wasn’t and they were supposed to replace yet didn’t same with chimney flashing and never replaced drip edge like they where supposed to so they come back replace drip edge and flashing well they didn’t even replace all the drip edge on my house left fascia corner exposed idk y was suppose tuck behind my front one never put back how it was now I have shingles that flap in the wind I have drip edge looks like my 4 year old put on and they over lapped it by 6 inches in spots used 4 pieces on one gable idk y but looks like crap now waiting again after failing inspection for weather guard not being over drip edge going on week and half yet still not fixed this company is full of rookies that prolly haven’t even shingled or been on a roof expect for now each person of management that’s been here told me they where new to this yet think nothings wrong yet it failed inspection n before it got inspected I asked several times for the gm to come look for him self n he refused every time very disappointed with myself for letting them touch my roof idk how anyone could leave a house like they left mine

  Thank you for the feedback and sharing a perspective on the project. As we work from an insurance proceeds agreement there were some inconsistencies in the coverages and in turn the scope of work and edge metal installations that should have been discussed and addressed with the homeowner at the start of the project. The integrity of the overall roof install was not in question but there were issues identified with installation of the drip edge and a need to work through other details and concerns raised by the homeowner. The initial roof installation was completed in early August and Results had field site supervisors and local representatives on site and in communication with the homeowners, as well as management communication from our main home office on multiple occasions. One crew was dispatched to complete repairs, however, it was determined that additional work was required and a plan and crew was coordinated to finish the punch list items over the weekend of 9/30. Our understanding and confirmation from text messages from the homeowner is that the issues are now resolved and they are satisfied with the install. Results offers a Lifetime Warranty on our work and we have a local presence in the ********* market.

  Been terrible to work with, have left our house with out the gutters and the downspouts are just hanging. Will not give us a straight answer as to when they will be back to finish the job. They have told us dates they are coming and then never showed up at all. They did not even call to say that they were not coming.

As of today this is scheduled for Wednesday 8/30, but could potentially be moved to Tuesday 8/29. Please note the homeowner does not need to be home or present for this exterior work.
