    About 20 mins prior to the towing ETA, we received the call from the truck driver, and this is how it all went down:Driver: The address given to me is wrong. This is a residential area.Me: The address is **rrect. I am not sure why you dont see me. Why dont you type name of the place where I was on your ****** instead. That might help.Driver: I know how to use maps. You dont need to tell me that. We will have to call them to get permission to **me to you at the new address.This is when I called the insurance ** again, and re-checked the address provided. The address was **rrect. Around the same time, insurance also spoke with the towing supervisor/owner to **nfirm the address. Few minutes later, driver arrived.Driver: Do you realize that I am 20 mins early?. Why did you call my boss and insurance **?. Have some patience.Me: I only called the insurance **, and that was because we didnt receive any message about the towing **mpanys dispatch as promised by the insurance.The driver then went ahead and towed my vehicle on the trailer, and I sat next to him to transport the vehicle to the service station.Me: The exit gate is right ahead that way (was trying to help because the exit gate looks like a fence at this place, and it was dark)Driver: I know how to drive. So, let me do my job.I was super irked by his attitude by now, and I reminded him that the address given to him by the insurance ** was **rrect at the outset. He retorted:Driver: Address was not **rrect. My boss called your insurance ** to **rrect the address Me: No, it was always the same address Driver: Thats it! Get the **** out of my car right now. Get out!Me: So youll drop me right here and then drop the car at the service station without me being present?Driver: You wont sit in my car. Thats it. Shut the **** up!I didnt utter a word rest of the way. Then when we reached the service station.Driver: Hop out!Then he dropped the vehicle, tossed the keys to me and left.
