When I called them and asked if they were pretty busy I was told that I could get my ***** Goat Lawn Vacuum back within 5 days. I took it in on a Friday and got a text that it was done the following Tuesday. When I went to pick it up a gentleman came out with it and helped me load it.When I was strapping it down in the back of my truck the Technician ( a very personable young man ) that worked on it came out and explained the issues and everything that was done. I was very impressed with that kind of customer service. I would definitely recomend this company.

We bought a SXL50 Cub Cadet riding lawn mower on 08/28/24. We paid $3,799.99 plus tax. We also had a state fair coupon for $300.00. When we got the lawn mower home and put the mower deck in gear there was a terrible loud noise and vibration. We contacted A 1 and sent a video of the problem. They told us to bring the mower back in. When we brought the mower back in, the owner said he thought it was the clutch. He ever brought another mower up, and that mower did not make loud noises or violently shake when put in gear. They said they will run test and find out what is wrong with the mower. After 7 days we haven't heard anything from A 1, we called and was told that they were ordering a belt for the mower. Because the communication was so terrible we also filed a report with Cub Cadet on 09/13/24. Well another few days have past and we call A 1 again to see what is going on with the mower. We feel that we weren't getting anywhere, so we asked the owner what the return policy was. We informed him that we were mowing our grass with a walk behind mower and it took us 3 days to do it! He said that he will check on the status of the belt and get back to us and at that time we could discuss the return. When he got back to us he said that he went to A 1 in *******, ** and their lawn mower was no different then ours. If we weren't happy with the mower, he would trade for another mower BUT we would have to pay full price. He was claiming the coupon was no longer good. Isn't it unethical for A 1 to take $300.00 from Cub Cadet and keep it for their gain and not apply it to another mower? You don't know about the return policy until AFTER you make the purchase. The receipt advises you to go online to find the return policy. We paid cash for the rider because A 1 also charges you 3% surcharge for putting it on a credit card. If you want to find the return policy you'll need to go online and look for it.
