      I had a broken blind and was connected with We Fix Blinds. First it was a struggle to connect with them and calls back were severely delayed. I was never told any cost for any one to come out. And as the gentleman was leaving he said that will be $105. I said that was never communicated. I spoke to the owner and she was extremely rude and said did you expect us to come look for free. Just terrible service. I said it wouldve been nice to know a charge up front especially if there was a charge for not being able to fix something. A lot of people give quotes for free and dont expect anything. Im challenging this fee that I paid.
