I put a down payment of $2000 for a 2015 ***** equinox , I was given paperwork to sign but not advised of what I was signing, turns out it was an agreement to credit acceptance or a bank loan. Might I add that upon arrival the windshield was cracked, and I have a video of the owner trying to show me how to to turn the vehicle on with a screwdriver. I have to pay $25000 for a vehicle worth $8000. The owners ****** and **** blocked my number after I asked them what I should do to get the loan off of my history. They are super unprofessional and I want justice. There are so many others who have complained about the wrongdoings of this company.

On Friday, March 1 I went into Chino auto sales to purchase a 2016 ***** pilot. I traded in my 2004 ***** CRV for $4000 plus an additional $500 for the ***** pilot. I drove off of the lot at noon and by 5 PM the car had cut off on me and would no longer turn on or run. I had to push the car into a nearby parking lot and I had two mechanics come out and do a diagnostic test on the car and try to get the car back up and running. Both mechanics were unable to get the car running and so I contacted the dealer the very same day and told him what had happened and asked him if he could provide me with a loaner car or if he could , give me a new car to swap this car out with. He told me he does not provide loaners, and that he would not give me a refund, or an exchange the vehicle. I told him I no longer wanted the contract with him, and that under the three day lemon law, he would need to Cancel the contract and give me my vehicle back plus my $500. He told me that he was not going to do that and that he had already sold my car. I then went to the car dealership and I seen my car still parked out front of his dealership and I told him that he could take the keys back to the ***** pilot and that I needed my car back plus my money And he told me he was not willing to do anything for me and that the car was now mine and I was stuck with it and that I had to pay for the repairs and pay for the monthly payments on it as well. On Saturday the following morning, I tried to discuss the situation with him again, and I tried to get the car up and running once more , but neither were successful. I tried to call the bank myself to cancel the loan but the bank was closed and they were closed the following day on Sunday as well so today Monday, March 4 I called the bank and explained the story to them and they are telling me they are unable to help me because only the dealership is able to cancel the loan .
