1 starI went through CarHops interview process, including a shadow shift at their request, under the impression that I was being seriously considered for the position. After multiple follow-ups and being told Id have an answer by a specific day, communication stalled again with no clear decision.The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was disappointing. If youre applying here, be aware that they may not follow through, even after asking for a serious time commitment. I understand these things happen, I appreciate the feedback and well wishes. However, if this was true. (Striving for improvement). The immediate action should be to reprimand the manager at the Greeley Location for wild unprofessionalism. Including mentioning 4 times over the course of a 45 minute interview about their age and kids with a real lack of searching for my talents. On top of just blatantly Lying to me on more that multiple occasions. Also Seeming to wince at the fact that I was just becoming familiar with the company as if I was growing up striving to work at this location or company. In my experience, Ive been a manager at a handful of places and if a company was truly striving for improvement with my actions mirroring these. I would be fired immediately! 1 starI highly advise not buying anything through theses people. My vehicle was a total loss due to a hail storm and after insurance spoke with them and got the payoff set and sent they still took a payment from my account. I called and was told that only finance could stop the auto pay but that is not what the sales person told me. I was told a refund would be mailed out and could not be sent electronically. I was told it was mailed on the 11th then a week later told it was mailed the 14th. I was told only a manager can open the mailbox and then a manager said that was false. I have been denied access to speak with someone who can look into this further and told to wait on the mail. I was told it was the guy in charge of the *************** fault and much more. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . I am still waiting on my money and will speak with an attorney.CarHop Auto Sales & Finance

This has nothing to do with hail damage, it has everything to do with your sales *** said he'd handle everything with finance and did not which started everything off when you ***s took a payment out that you shouldn't. Then to take almost 2 weeks to get my money back is unacceptable. You ***s lied about when the check was mailed as I got multiple versions of when it was mailed, one of you blamed who was in charge of the postal service and more. I'm glad I finally got my money back and again your staff here in ******* is about as unprofessional as they come and so are the other locations that i tried to reach out to for help. You ***s can throw road blocks on your current customers all you like but you can't on me any longer.Review fromH. S.

1 starPurchased a 2014 Taurus back in May and since June 20th it has been in the shop, came back as needing struts, control arms, sway bar link, wheel bearing and oil pressure sender, AND TRANSMISSION replaced, as of 7-11 I got an email from the shop and the services department at carhop that Carhop had ordered an Additive to put in the transmission and refuse to fix everything else cause it is not a safety issue, let alone the lack of communication and how rude most the staff is, I have been waiting to hear back from carhops main office about this situation and have them a few choices, I got this car to fix my credit and get me through nursing school and I feel like I cant even trust it to go simply on an hr drive anymore even when I do get it back? Whats next to go wrong or what other band aids did they put on the vehicle that the shop cant even tell yet, I understand a used car but dont sit and lie on the phone to me and in person that the vehicle has been inspected and that they only sell quality vehicles, carhop is dishonest, poor communication as it took days to even figure out what was going on and even than had to call a different carhop lot to get an answer. The car shouldve never been sold the way it and they neglected to address it from the beginning thats the issue, i do not care about the other stuff at this point its the sketchiness of it all, and i have EMAILED ********************************** and never got a response back. *************************. This wasnt an unforeseen issue when Curtsi and I sat down and talked about it and she pulled the inspection report up, is it true that Carhop mechanics drive the vehicle for 10 mins to hear for sounds or whatever and throw it on the lot for sale??Review fromMcKenzie S

1 star1/5 Stars Go Anywhere Else if You Can CarHop is the place you end up when you're out of optionsand unfortunately, they know it. I went there because my credit wasnt great and I needed a car fast. Thats the only thing theyre good for: putting desperate people in overpriced, unreliable vehicles.The car I got looked fine during the test drive. A week later, it started overheating. I contacted them immediately and was told to go to one of their mechanics, who then tried to charge me $500 to replace the thermostat. I had to fight with CarHop to get them to pay for iteven though Id only had the car for a few days.That fix didnt work. I paid out of pocket to replace the thermostat gauge nextstill didnt fix the issue. CarHop refused to help unless the car completely died. Everything else? On me. But Im still required to use their mechanics. How is that fair?Then came the real slap in the face: after dealing with this disaster for months, I tried to trade the car in. Another dealership valued it at $2,500. I still owe $8,000after making steady payments for six months.And just when I thought things couldnt get worse, multiple mechanics told me someone had dumped a can of Fix-a-Headgasket in the engine to cover up a major problem. So yeahthey sold me a car with a hidden issue and hoped it wouldnt blow up right away.But heres the final insult: theyve lost two of my car payments. Ive sent them bank statements showing the money was pulled from my account. They still refuse to honor it or fix their error. So not only am I driving a lemon, Im also fighting to prove Im not behind on payments I already made.Customer service is a jokefriendly voices reading off scripts and offering zero real help.Unless you truly have no other choice, stay far away from CarHop. Theyll sell you a problem, bury you in debt, and gaslight you when their own systems fail. I wish Id gone anywhere else.CarHop Auto Sales & Finance

1 starHorrible. Sold me a car said the ac just needed recharged I did it and didnt think much of it and a few weeks into having the car I blew a radiator hose at ********* then had to replace all the coolant then a week later another hose blows which then gets replaced an more coolant, now the third time another hose blows. Then I have had to replace all the tires that were about 7 years old all dry rotted about a week after another due to them blowing out. I cant even drive the car for 5 minutes before it starts smoking real bad. I have had the car now for 6 months and theres issue after issue paying 214 dollars out of every check.CarHop Auto Sales & Finance

I ran into some hardship so **** from Denver set me up on half payments for 2 months so I made on half payment then ******* asked me with no consideration, compassion, or understanding. ******* is Brutal and insensitive to customers circumstances and ****** makes me nervous bcuz shes unbearable so i asked to work with a different person but shes still active on my case? 1 starNought a car from them just to have the brakes go out w weeks later. Than while driving, my front axel broke and cause a wreck in the middle of a busy road. They sold me a death trap and now that I refuse to pay for it they are destroying my credit. My sister bought a car there after I did, I warned her and it broke down a week later. Nearly three months after purchase, you contacted CarHop stating the vehicle had been in an accident. Since that date, CarHop received no insurance payout for damages to the vehicle and no further payments from you which left a remaining deficiency balance on your account. 1 starBought a 2006 m35x from carhop on 7/24/24. The car has given me multiple problems. There was a lot of undisclosed malfunctions at purchase that they refused to discuss with me no matter how many times I asked. The car is burning oil, has an exhaust leak, IT HAS NO REAR SUSPENSION, ALSO IT IS RUSTING AWAY AND WAS DEEMED NOT DRIVABLE. I HAVE COMMUNICATED that something is wrong and they chose not to do anything. Also I sent the car to a NONE PREFERRED SHOP BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER TO MY HOUSE ***************** ************). THEY DEEMED THE CAR NOT DRIVABLE AND NOT ROAD SAFE. I CALLED CARHOP IN ********** ONCE AGAIN TO LET THEM KNOW THE FINDINGS AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT TO A PREFERRED SHOP SO THEY CAN TAKE PICTURES. I TOLD HER THE SHOPS ARE PREFERRED AND THEY CAN REQUEST PICTURES HONEST ********* EVEN THOUGH ITS PREFERRED NOT MANDATORY FOR ME TO GO TO SOMETHING THATS PREFERRED. THEY BREACHED OUR CONTRACT BY SELLING ME A CAR THATS NOT DRIVABLE. THEY HAVE YET TO RECONCILE AND TAKE FAULT OR JUST WORK WITH ME. I HAVE CHILDREN THAT WHERE DRIVEN IN THIS CAR AND THE **** THEY COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED OR HURT IS SAD AND NEGLIGENT ON THERE END. 1 starI went in for a car was super grateful and excited. Within 2 days it had problems and it is LEGALLY CLASSIFIED as a LEMON car. I took it back they said 7 business days. Ok cool. Then they lost it so it took another 7 days. THEN last week ***** says oh well they overnighted it so there should be NO REASON as to why it wouldnt be here Friday (Nov 29). Cut to yesterday (Dec 4). I speak to ******** who is INSTANTLY rude and tells me they never did in fact get it overnighted. Obviously feeling frustrated I scoffed and said fing shocker she proceeds to then get mad at me saying I can call HER BACK when Im done cussing??. She says ***** get it send over and call me later. Shocker guess who didnt call me??. Then Today I call them and they BLOCKED MY NUMBER! I know because I called multiple phone extensions and got NOTHING. I did leave a pretty scathing vm and had to use a 3rd party # to call them. WITHIN 1 RING ***** answers the phone and say the same bs about how he will get in contact with them and have it overnighted apparently they are all doing whatever they can ????. He says h*** call me later but we are already an hr and half so Im willing to bet its bs AGAIN. Let it be known this place WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF U THEN LIE AND F U OVER EVEN MORE AFTERWARDS! I will be calling and leaving a review EVERYDAY until I get my money back! I tried being gracious and nice you all took advantage. DO NOT GO TO CARHOP YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING A C*** CAR OFF MARKETPLACE OR AN AUTO LOAN. ESPECIALLY IF UR YOUNG AND/OR a WOMAN!!! I WILL SCREAM THIS FROM THE ROOFTOPS TO EVERYONE EVERYTHING I SEE! 1 starI financed a 2006 Infinity M35X from carhop for well over ***** Bluebook value and its had nothing but problems. 4 Days after I left the lot with the vehicle it had a huge leak and it was taken in to one of carhops approved shops and they found that the transmission bellhousing and oil pan was cracked which carhop was able to rectify that situation. But I keep finding problem after problem. They claim that the heat worked before I pulled off the lot with the vehicle but it does not work at all which is not good for the cold months and there seems to be something off with the steering as well. You can kind of hear one of the pumps struggling when cold starting the vehicle, the steering wheel squeaks, and the steering wheel is not straight when your driving the vehicle straight on. I hope all problems can be taken care of and not come out of my pocket as for the cost of the vehicle it should be in tip top shape.CarHop Auto Sales & Finance
