On August 16th I purchased a vehicle from Cities Auto Sales with an after market warranty and was told their mechanics had looked it over top to bottom and its a great little car. Spent several hours there while they were ensuring everything was just so. Drive the vehicle home. Drove it to the state fair and home and then to a friends house with my daughter and on the way home from there (not even 100 miles, if that) of driving ******* stops running at an intersection miles from home. Called & had my roadside people come out & they couldnt help so I called a tow. My ************ spent several hours waiting for this tow. It was a Saturday ************ license plates hadnt even come in for the car yet so it still had the temporary tag on ****** had to wait until Monday to call an auto shop. I called BLVD *********** couldnt diagnose it and didnt have a loaner until Wednesday so i scheduled another tow with Statewide towing for Wednesday & gave them the warranty info. They diagnosed it as the clutch giving out in such a way that theres no way that I did this in the little time I had the vehicle. They called the warranty people & the warranty company sends an inspector out the following Tuesday. I have several recorded calls with the warranty ********************************* I called and the inspector still hadnt reported the results Tuesday evening. I then get a call from the auto shop saying that they were told the clutch isnt covered on the vehicle because its a manual. I call the warranty people ************* say that they arent sure where they heard that because they didnt have anything reported in their system initially. Then Im told that its being reviewed by ************** will hear back. I still havent heard back. I called and was passed around at Cities Auto Sales and sent between **** **** & *****. Gave them ample opportunity to make things right one way or another. To get this vehicle running, I would be out an additional $3k on top of the loan.

I financed a car from this company Oct 13, and the car came with a warranty. Since I have brought the car oct 13 it has been having problems. I had brought the car back several times for the car cities auto to fix the car and each time they would tell me it was fixed and charged me the deductible. The last time they had the car that got really upset with me when I started to ask for the warranty company number so I could speak with them myself and they told me the warranty company would not speak with me and if I a problem that I needed to talk to the mechanic manager , when they transferred me to him he said he wasnt giving me the warranty company number and that I can pick the car up because they are not fixing the car any more. When I picked the car up from them and took the car to another shop they told me right away the the engine was going out. I feel the carlot knew that they were selling me a bad car but wanted to keep telling me they were fixing the problem and not fixing the problem, because it time I picked the car up from them I will tell them the car was still doing the same thing I dropped the car off for, and they response was always well we fixed the problem you have another problem. The problem was the car had a bad motor all a long and they financed the car out to me know that.

We always try to resolve the issues. Sometime warranty companies make us take preliminary steps be fore the authorize further repairs. She is free to take her warranty any place she would like. I wish he luck, and hope she gets this resolved.

I purchased a 2013 M ************** **** on August 15, 2022, from this location and was informed at the time of the purchase the vehicle was an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle my husband, *************************, was with me at that time and can also contest the salespersons informed us the vehicle was an AWD. I had Cities Auto Sales and Finance install new Falken CT60 tires on the vehicle October 20, 2022. In November and December 2022, I had major issues with the vehicle, very dangerous situations with very little control. Slid through a stop light, vehicle traveled down a driveway into the street while in park with no control, vehicle got stuck in couple inches of snowfall with no control. I called *** at Cities Auto Sales and Finance along with an email to let them know I was not impressed with the new tires I had them install since I was having so many problems. I found out that the vehicle is a RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) vehicle not an AWD hence the major issues driving in the winter months of *********. Cities Auto Sales and Finance informed me that I could trade in the vehicle for another but at that time there was no other vehicle I was interested in, and the trade in value was only $14,000. I am not comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this place of business. I asked to have them purchase the vehicle back and I was refused by one of the owners, ****. I am very disappointed that I spent money on a vehicle I cannot drive in the snowy season of *********. The salespersons misled me by stating the vehicle was an AWD and it is not. I am no longer comfortable doing any business with this company and want them to buy back this vehicle so I can move on. The purchase price was in the amount of $16,500 plus the registration and tax fees, I have invested in new tires and replace the battery in the amount of $1508.25 and replaced oil pan along with an oil change in the amount of $511.74.

We have offered her a chance to trade the vehicle in at fair market value. I have reviewed the documentation she signed. Everyone of them show the vehicle as a rear wheel drive. We would still take the vehicle in trade if she desires. Otherwise we consider this matter closed.
