Very disappointed w/this company. We paid our $100 deposit for service on July 12...after that we heard nothing from them until I inquired on Aug 22. They had not done anything w/our account to that point. That inquiry got the ball rolling, but they still didn't do a site survey until Aug 28. After that they made multiple appointments to come out and install their equipment- which they either didn't show up for, or cancelled mid afternoon the day they were supposed to be there. We waited 2 months for internet and still have nothing. Both my husband and I work from home and this is unacceptable. We've been beyond patient. After finally getting frustrated w/the company yesterday (Sept 12) they (after scheduling another install date of today - Sept 13), called us late afternoon yesterday to tell us, after further investigation, they couldn't provide us coverage. 2 months for them to tell us they couldn't provide us w/coverage. Honestly- their internet service might be great, but unless you have months to wait for the install and don't mind no-shows and reschedules all for them to potentially tell you that they can't service your location, I'd look elsewhere. We couldn't be more disappointed w/our Xtratyme experience.

*******, We already have tried to apologize over the phone and over FB that we could not get you service. Again, I am sorry that we were unable to bring service to your location, despite our engineer's best efforts and multiple attempts. As far as the length of time, I did apologize for that as well and would like to remind you of the evaluation agreement that your husband signed stating Due to the high demand of our ***************** we are scheduling new evaluations out approximately six weeks. We received this form on July 12th. This time frame was for scheduling the evaluation and trying to come up with a plan following the evaluation. Although this time frame did not follow your desire to have an installation completed sooner, we were upfront about this from the beginning and did try very hard to get service to you. The service that we offer is not a plug-and-play service. It takes planning and more importantly, it takes a path to our current network in order to bring our customers service and we were unable to find that path for you. Once again, we at Xtratyme are sorry that we cannot find a solution to bring you internet and hope you will accept our apology. We hope that you have better luck with a different service provider.

I would have no issues if what you've responded with was accurate. We told you when we inquired about service that we needed it ASAP. We were told we'd be expedited and that it wouldn't be a problem to get us up and going quickly. I finally reached out on Aug 22 asking what the plan was- that was week 5.5- there had been nothing but radio silence from your company up to that point. That is unacceptable. I do not believe you would have reached out to us in the next few days (thus making your stated, standard 6 week timeline)- all of that being said even at the 8 week point we were no where near having service. If the company is that back logged then they need to state that up front. This entire situation could have been avoided if we'd been told that 6 weeks was the MINIMUM amount of time needed to get service- no exceptions, no ability to expedite. Instead they lead us along on a wild goose chase that wasted 2 months of time. I'm posting these reviews because others need to know- in today's day in age people simply can't wait 2 months for internet. This negatively impacted our life (and jobs) and others should be aware.
