    We paid to TC Homes over $1 million to build our house in our lot. We closed last April 2023, and some of the things have not been finished and we are now moved into this house over a year and the repairs have not being completed properly with professional contractors. They are sending their son/grandpa to fix and is just causing more damage to the existing issue. There were many defects, including cabinets paint peeling (So far this has been redone, but not in the condition that is like new construction), wall cracks/nail pops, inconsistency in wall paint inside the house, unfinished exterior work, 3 exterior doors paint peeling and have not been redone, ceilings cracks (have been repaired, but looks worst than before), front columns twisting (started on repair, but looks works than before with cracks/chipped columns), deck stairs not cut straight, floor issues with lvt and transition, sliding door on main level not functioning properly and not lined up, upper masterbedroom window leaks and have not been repaired, backdoor twisted and not closed properly on UR corner with opening and bugs is getting through, main entry door had damage to locking mechanism and the son tried to repair and made the hole top bigger and chip the wood frame on top and have not been fixed, 1/2 bath toilet in main level rocks (issue with either toilet or tile underneath), electrical issues (front light switch controlling lights over garage and front porch is on same switch and needs to be on different switch) and have not been fixed properly, breakers tripping whenever it rains, and have not been fixed.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    This is not the first time that i have heard TC Homes says they will come out and do it, but don't follow through.   Also, the quality and craftsmanship of their work and repair is not to standard.  This is why we are where we are today.  I am requesting for a schedule of the work that they are planning to complete, along with a reasonable deadline.
