    Dean at Adams’s on time plumbing was extremely rude! He was our assigned contractor through our home warranty plan. We called over 30 times trying to get ahold of him. He never answered his phone. When he finally called back he was rude, condescending, extremely disrespectful, narcissistic, and beyond unprofessional. When we asked for an email and alternative means of communication and how to reach him he told me to “answer my phone.” Unacceptable behavior and unacceptable communication. When we asked him how long the process would take for repair, he told me that it “wouldn’t work out and I should call AHS back and find another provider.”
    I would NEVER recommend this company!
    Dean at Adam’s on time plumbing did not provide the service that was paid for in advance.
    Will be contacting AHS to resolve.
