      I called American Disposal to enquire about service the same time calling other garbage disposal companies in my area. Suddenly I had a can delivered by American and a different company the following week. I had to decide which company to go with. It wasnt American. Now 3 months later, in June, I got a bill from American for ******!!! I called them 3 times before I got to speak to someone. He told me that I owe only ***** for them dropping off the container and then picking it up. I didnt even hire them in the first place!! They are a ridiculous company run by chimpanzees

      American Disposal Services lacks in reliability and customer support. They have a number to call for customers and you are just lied to or mislead to believing you are being taken care of. They charge an admistrative fee every billing cycle and are not held accountable for lack of service and customer support team. They should just go out of business and not be allowed to service any cities. Really not a trustworthy company.

      This business does not cash checks at the end of the year causing over due balances. When balances are over due, garbage is not collected. A check was sent 11/29/22 and as of today, 1/3/23, the check still is not cashed (went to the bank and they confirmed this). We have a dumpster that is full from the holidays and now have to wait another month for it to be emptied.
