      My girlfriend called Rooter-Man and had a plumber come out. He snaked the drain from shower, but the drain was not clear. $189 out of pocket and when I took a shower that evening the drain started backing up. She called and he stated that it sounds like issue with city sewer as he had another call from a neighbor of ours. He stated just flush it with hot water. It worked, but he caused backup in both toilet and sink. Later, sink was leaking, landlord called and had Rooter-Man. *** came out, accessed situation, and came back and fixed the problem with sink and toilet. He also snaked the drain and explained the buildup from the years and etc. Sink drains better, but now shower is backed up again. Much worse then it ever was before. All three of these are on their own line to sewer. We are trying to contact them, but have yet to hear back, except that we should contact the other plumber. This is unacceptable and a horrible way to do business. Just push the sludge around instead of actually putting the time in to make sure you not only fix the issue, but also make sure you don't cause any other issues.
