    I brought my tax information to them in either either early or mid March. I delivered it in person. On April 14th I called them to check on the status of my taxes. They said that the taxes werent done and they filed for an extension. After a few weeks went by they contacted me and said that they needed copies of my 2021 taxes in order to do my taxes. My ex wife emailed the copies to ******** at the firm. After that I didnt hear from them for weeks I called them and the receptionist said that they were in process and on ****** desk. After more weeks went by I checked again and got the same story. I called again and told the receptionist I wanted ***** to return my call. I waited again and called back on June 2nd and was told that a manager was going to call me back and I would have to wait until he called. Today in June 12th and I still havent received a call from anyone at the company. I find this unacceptable and need some help. At this point I would like my tax information returned to me so I can get them done somewhere else. Please communicate with me and let me know the status of my complaint.

    Anderson Kuiti and Asuma (AKA) Tax Manager called *********************** on 7-13-23 and apologized for the delay.  AKA requested copies of two prior year tax returns from *****, to accurately prepare his current year income tax return.  ***** said he will be bringing in the prior year return next week.  After AKA receives the requested information AKA will complete his 2022 tax return at no charge due to the long delay.
