They just stopped showing up and the owner was incredibly offensive when I asked if the cleaner had been to my house. Here's a link to a Google review with a screenshot. The owner John continued to be combative and continued to escalate the situation in response to these messages. I am just a church pastor trying to make money doing snow removal through the winter in minnesota

Unfortunately this is not what happened. We did not just stop showing up most every week there was an issue with the door not being answered finally my cleaner had enough. After there was no response he told me he would not be back. I communicated this to the customer and that I had know one else to do it. He accused me of being rude. I cant make a frustrated cleaner continue to spend his time continuously knocking on someones door without a response. I did not escalate the situation I only responded to Mr. ******* text messages
