    Just stating the facts. I went in for a normal maintenance service and oil change on Friday, May 19th. Upon arrival was quoted an hour wait, maybe an hour and a half. They took my keys and sent me to the customer waiting area. No paperwork provided for the work to be performed, nothing. Over two hours later was approached by my service advisor and the service manager to let me know there was an incident with my car and that it was somehow left in gear and it rolled off the lift! They wanted us to wait longer in the waiting area while they got estimates to fix it, which we were already waiting for over two hours so we said no, we wanted a loaner car so we could leave and come back. No phone calls, etc.. and three hours later we went back to the dealership to speak to the GM. GM was rude, never offered to take us into a private space to discuss the matter, dismissed our concerns over the diminished value of the vehicle (was LESS than a year old) saying that's not a thing and that they would repair it like new. We insisted that that was not enough and he kept saying in front of customers on the sales floor and then back in the service waiting area that " we are fixing your car, what more do you want". It was rude and uncomfortable. I followed up with an email the following Monday on what exactly we wanted which was to either buy the vehicle back since they broke it or compensation for the diminished value. We haven't heard a thing from the dealership only a voice mail from service that our parts are in and they were sent to the collision company however they are still out a few weeks on the repairs. We never authorized any repairs. We requested to see estimates for the repairs and timeframes for the actual repairs, which we never got. I will be unloading my Kia if they don't buy it back. I will never go back to that service department again nor give a cent to that dealership again.

    THIS IS YOUR SIGN DONT BUY A CAR FROM KIA OF DULUTH. If I could leave no stars, I would. My elderly parents purchased a car from kia of duluth back in 2020. In February, they brought the car in for a repair, and since then, they have brought the car back with the same problem 3 times. Each time, they accured thousands of dollars in rental car fees. Kia of duluth doesn't understand basic customer service. They will leave you paying for 2 cars, ( the car you bought brand new that's a lemon and the rental car.
