    Got a fence put in by these guys the end of September. Overall it looks good except the top of the main gate doesn't lime up with the top of the fence on one side. This was brought to their attention right away the first week of October and was told it would be remade. Kept checking in with them to see about the gate, was told it would definitely be put on by the end of the month of October. In the beginning of December i finally got ahold of someone after sending many emails, voice mails, text messages and I even stopped in. Now it's "I don't see where it's crooked, but we will have to have the sales person out to look at it." No apology, no explanation nothing. When they finally got the sales guy to come out, he didn't show up the first time due to an injury , but didn't contact us until after I called and left a vm. Rescheduled to a few days later. We had to reschedule that one too the next day. My husband work from home and we wanted to be out there when he showed up. Was supposed to be 10a, he came at 930 with no warning, didn't make himself known, and left without a word. We didn't even know he had been there, so at 1030-11, we're looking at our cameras and sure enough, he had been there. I called him and the office person and so far no one has even called me back. It's been 6 days so far. Lack of communication is ridiculous but I bet 20 bucks if we hadn't given them the rest of their money, that they would've been calling alot more. Not a happy camper and won't recommend based solely how they've treated us.
