    I stopped at my local ******* ti *** a low tire, I inserted my ****** card and it approved my transaction, I aired up my tire to the pre set number of air (39) when it reached that it beeped a couple times, and I removed the air ***** from my tire and replaced the hose on the machine, as I was doing this my allotted time ran out and the machine shut off, I then returned to my truck and got in and drove off, I shortly there after git a notification from ****** about the 1st charge of 1.85 wich was ok I knew that was going to be the charge, then right after that one I got another one for the amount of $5.98 I don't understand why I was charged twice and fir that much, air for a tire shouldn't have cost that much, for a little air,

    On January 20, 2024, I attempted to get air from the air machine in *********, ** at the Beamont Kroger. The machine wasn't working properly. I've been calling and leaving messages with the company since January 20, 2024. No one has called back yet. I've spoken to people in other departments within the company and they have email the lady and still no contact.

     I am rejecting this response because I have requested for over two months for someone to call in regard to this manner and they have yet to call. I have emailed and called and left numerous voice mails. This is poor costumer service. They told me they were sending a check two weeks ago, then all of a sudden, the person that is supposed to send the check is out. So only one person handles this? This has taken entirely too long to get this resolved.

    purchased air at an air/vac machine at machine #****. The machine was not working properly, and I did not receive the air that I was promised. I let Certus know that the machine was faulty. Called the phone number on the machine, ************, multiple times to explain my problem, but nobody answers or phone or calls back. This is unacceptable. I WANT A FULL REFUND . *********** was purchased on October 6, 2023, and the completed charge to my debit card was October 9, 2023.
