      HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORED 3 OF MY EMAILS TO TRANSFER A BUSINESS LICENSE. THEY CLAIMED THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK, EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOURCED OUT AND THEY READ FROM A SCRIPT, THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A MANAGERS NAME OR DIRECT LINE.

      I would give -5 Stars if possible. They have horrible customer service. We had a partner on his way out and talked to our rep in September of 2022 to cancel everything that was signed up for by our partner who left. Instead subscriptions were renewed and we have spent months trying to find someone who can help us. The only responses we have gotten were "attached are your contracts." They do not care about providing a service. They only care about taking your money. They will not address any of the issues we have for our practice listings. They have us listed for areas that we do not even practice in. The basic response we have gotten is "too bad, so sad." Not one phone call to ** about how to make this better and address the issue. This has been months and months of complaints and they have all gone ignored. DO NOT USE THEM

      Thomson Reuters should not be in business! Their customer service is basically nonexistent - all they care about is selling and then overcharging on their quotes. Their accounting department is a joke and invoicing is rarely correct. Nonetheless, they dont listen to the customer and threaten to cut off our service on a regular basis. And now they actually have cut off the attorney access to Westlaw. Its incomprehensible at how much money we have to pay them for such poor customer service.

      I practtice disability law in ***********. Thomson Reuters won't give me a copy of the a contract despite repeated requests and but keeps billing me. I can't figure out how they arrived at the amount claimed due! This is unscrupulous. Any other lawyers who used this marketing have this issue? Lets join together and file a claim. Contact ***** in ***********.

      Thomson Reuters used to host our website. There was 1 person assigned to handle many websites. The results were horrific service and horrible SEO placement. Thomson also pushed their Findlaw and Superlawyers pages over our site so they could sell ads. I switched our SEO service to another company and got much better results that were significantly cheaper. We used to use Westlaw and ***** gave us a much much better deal for less than half of what we were paying Thomson. The last services we have with Findlaw/Superlawyers are our ads on there. Directory ads aren't worth as much as they used to be but we still have some ads. The salesman I was dealing with for years was leaving Thomson but he didnt tell me that. Instead, he flat out lied to me in email saying our ads were set to renew so he could make another sale in his final month. I signed the renewal contract he sent me in the electronic contracts they have and didnt look at the renewal dates. Thats my fault but I didnt expect to be lied to. A few months later I was wondering why our monthly bill hadn't changed and it was then I realized I had been lied to. I dealt with management at Thomson about voiding and renegotiating the contract because the salesman lied but all they did was give a small credit. If you are dealing with this company dont trust anyone there.

      Never ever EVER give these people your credit card information or any other information that might give them opportunity to put you on auto-pay when you haven't agreed to it. Read the complaints - both personal and business accounts have this issue.

      Terrible customer service. We use them to verify assets for govt housing. Very user unfriendly, for any issue they are hard to get a hold of. Their emails do not contain a link to their website, or to their customer service - they do not want to share their customer service information with you so that you cannot track communication. You have to jump through hoops to reach out to them. Very user unfriendly. They ****.

      Truly horrible customer service! Emailing our last (known) account manager multiple times - no response! Calling and leaving a voicemail for our last (known) account manager - no response! Gave scathing responses on a survey supplied by TR and asked to be contacted - no response! Found the head of ******** ********* on LinkedIn and sent a message - no response!On the ************** of not poor, but non-existent customer support.

      On hold for many hours, then disconnected. I cant believe this is a company we pay money for. A customer for 15 years-its gone downhill. An expired credit card I had caused them to send my account to collections! And I can never reach anyone. A disgrace.

      I've repeatedly requested they stop my subscription as I no longer work for my employer - I contacted them to tell them to cancel- however two months in a row they charged my account and REFUSE to do anything- please help me STOP THIS & return my subscription money ASAP
