I have worked with **** ***** and her team at First Fiduciary for 5+ years. They have always been very responsive and professional in all of our dealings. They are highly skilled and communicate effectively. I highly recommend them.

Poor in communicating. Extremely expensive. Do not know how-to work with special needs people and their advocates.

I started this bus ride with FFC at the wheel in May of 2019. Less than 90 days later, they managed to pay a bill late that resulted in a 150 point drop in my credit rating. When I asked about that “Oh well, sometimes this happened”. I asked for I invoices right from the start because having a conservator is extremley expensive. They came for a couple of months, then I had to call and ask for them and ?nally they stopped coming at all. I am with a second conservator and she’s been trying to get invoices ever since she took over in October, 2021. Nothing yet. On one of the invoices I saw a deposit from my own money to the conservator’s account for $2500. When I asked “In case we need the money”. In February, 2020 I saw that the money hadn’t been returned to me. I called and raised holy hell and the next day it was in my account where it belonged. On one occasion they closed an account because Dan L. “Thought” I was sending money to a scammer. There was an outstanding payment to state revenue and that was returned to them. I was assessed a late fee and FFC wouldn’t pay it because they felt that since I was sending money to a scammer, it was my responsibility. They had no proof that I was supporting a scammer. Just Dan L. suspicions. Having a conservator extracts a high emotional toll. It’s demeaning and intrusive and I never felt that FFC realized how di?cult it was. If these people were in my life, the least I could do is to try and worth with them. They weren’t interested in that. My case worker tried to work with me, but eventually I feel her hands were tied from management. Management made a couple of extremely inappropriate, unprofessional remarks remarks to me. If you or a loved one needs this type of care, ask for references and talk to somebody who has used the conservator. I wish I could have had that chance.
