    **** was competent, efficient, warm and I would gladly have back for any other plumbing needs. This is - I think - my fourth time using *** The Sewer Rat and continue to be very happy. I fought against finding a plumbing "company" after my neighborhood plumber finally retired. I had a few bad experiences since then with widely-advertised plumbing outfits. So glad to have landed on *** The Sewer Rat, and their dispatchers are professional, friendly and great communicators too.

    This is the first time I have used Hessian. The office staff set up an appointment promptly and answered my initial questions. ****** showed up on time and was able to fix the problem. He is professional and knowledgeable. I will call Hessian again with any other plumbing problems.

    Having successfully & satisfactorily used Hessian **************************** the Sewer Rat multiple times over the years we didn't hesitate to use Hessian for our latest plumbing issue (a leaking basement toilet). As usual the response was sufficiently rapid and the work was excellent as was the communication along the way. The toilet was quickly repaired and we're back in business.
