5 starsI had scheduled an appointment for a routine line to be checked and cleaned. Prior to starting Jeydin explained the procedure. Jeydin was very careful setting down a barrier so not to track debris in from outside. After completing and removing the equipment he left the area immaculate. Prior to leaving he explained what he saw and explained recommendations. He also asked if I had any questions or concerns. Jeydin was very knowledgeable, professional and polite.

5 starsThis company does everything right. Stephon, our plumber was on time, polite, informative and got the job done. The COMPANY was aces. Answered a Sunday phone call promptly. Scheduled for first thing the following day. We got a reminder, a picture of the technician coming to the house. It was all so professional and timely. 5 starsExtremely happy with the service. We had a very corroded drain, but Tim K, our technician, kept at it until it was clear. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price seemed very fair for the job. I would definitely use Ron the Sewer Rat again.

5 starsExcellent communication for timing, as well as a calm sense of urgency by the staff to ensure emergency service scheduled asap. Jeydin was friendly and clear about what was discovered during cleaning and worked to schedule the next tech to resolve the discovered failure same day. Leo arrived just as Jeydin had cleared his things, and clearly restated the issues to be addressed, possible complications, and quotes. There were no surprises from that point on, and everything was finished ahead of the time estimate quoted earlier in the day. Ron’s technicians have always been honest, timely, and professional and I recommend them highly.Ron the Sewer Rat, Inc.
