      Absolutely outstanding service. I left an email message on Thursday night about a Speedqueen washer problem. I got a call back at 8:00 on Friday. A tech was available in the morning. The tech, based on experience, knew what the problem was and stopped at a distributor to pick up the part on his way to my house. The tech was in and out, and the washer was repaired in 35minutes. I was not looking forward to spending all morning trying to find a repair dealer. West Metro Appliance is great.

      Excellent! The service person arrived right on time and explained everything clearly. While he was running the computer diagnostic program on our washer, he explained in detail what the problem might be and what the computer diagnostics would reveal. When it turned out that the bearing was shot, he advised against repairing it and in favor of purchasing a new washer. We appreciated his candor and will use West Metro Appliance from here on for all our appliances.I can see why the pre-charge is confusing, but I think it's a very fair way to do business.
