    I took my car to *********************************************** for diagnosis of a vibrating, growling sound that sometimes occurred immediately AFTER the engine started. I was told that the problem was due to a bad starter, so I approved the $1,001.80 expense. After being told the work was done I paid Invoice #****** 11/14/2023. However, when I started the car, the same sound was present. A service tech came out to the car and heard the sound. I left the car so others could hear it but was told no one else heard it. I picked up the car, recorded 2 videos with audio, and sent them to their Director, Automotive Operations. He said he would have their Technical Leader listen to them and contact me. Despite emailing both of them, I have heard nothing back since 11/20, the day the videos were download. What I discovered since is that not one of NINE SIGNS YOU HAVE A FAILING STARTER IN YOUR VEHICLE was a problem that I reported for the car. Yet, the invoice I received after paying for the starter shows that the technician who serviced the vehicle based the need for the new starter on the statement, ************* will react sluggish at time and will grind every once in a while, but did not experience a sluggish start or sound himself, only read it from the work order. However, what was written is not what I reported when delivering the car. Based on the above, I believe this was an unnecessary repair. Bobby and Steves Auto World did not follow-up with me as promised and has ignored my requests for resolution.

    I took my car in for shock and spark plug replacement. After that one of cylinder wasn't working. They took no accountability for it and said this stuff happens all the time

    ***** Manager met with consumer at the shop and talk her through the repairs and the reason for repairs understands she was upset with the past customer service. Indicated customer seems satisfied.
