    I'm not really a negative review kind of person, but honestly if I had to do it all over, I would never give my business to this company. The owner is not in integrity with himself, his product, or his clients.We received a camper that was falling apart from day 1, after 6 months of delay, giving the benefit of the doubt to the team during covid supply chain difficulties, whom offered zero communication with the status of the progress unless directly contacted by us. After receiving and using the camper, we spoke directly with the owner, *****, after a multitude of issues, including and not limited to a seized bearing (while driving on the interstate), the locking mechanism when folded up never functioning, causing other connectors to shear and create further issues, the heater constantly erroring every 30 minutes, the battery not charging in the solar set up (which we found out was missing a fuse only after another customer called a separate solar company to troubleshoot and helped us figure our issues out), and with little to no technical support from camp365 to troubleshoot.We were told we would be receiving an $800 repair reimbursement for the seized bearing as it was covered under the warranty of the camper (we paid for the roadside repair out of pocket), we never received that despite multiple efforts to contact the company. We were also told they would refurbish all the faulty items in the camper and sell it on our behalf to a third party as a refurbished camper. If they sold it, we never received notice, let alone any reimbursement, again, despite multiple attempts to contact. Once we dropped our trailer off for warranty repatriations (with the intention of it being fixed and sold *with the CEOs agreement*) we didn't hear from the company again, despite multiple attempts to communicate being made from my end.
