    Thank you for your great Customer Service. The memento was exactly as I pictured it I be the quality of the product as advertised. The memento was in rememberence of our 3 years old German Shepherd named Bullet Roi.

    The urn i selected far exceeded my expectations. it is stunning and the engraving perfect.I'm more than delighted to put my Husbands ashes in it and have it upon a shelf . I'm not ready yet but will instruct my family to put my remains in one of your products.

    The urn is a very nice-looking urn. As I take responsibilities for my mistakes, I will admit that I misspelled "GODS" as "GODDS". As I had been up for 2 days I can give myself a break on that. I would hope that "Perfect Memorials" would catch that or at least reach out to me. My other problem is that the glass and plaque fell out when I was carrying it out the door. Fortunately, the glass did not break. I cannot in good conscience rate higher.

    the memorial ornament for my brother was beautiful. High quality, arrived early and is the perfect way to remember him. The item was well packed, and comes with a velvet bag. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier. I would highly recommend Perfect Memorials to everyone
