    This is my third order from Perfect and memorials and I must say that their service matches their name because they are perfect.
    I have purchased three times from them and every single one was just beautiful and very well done. They are very profesional, extremely patient and just allaround nice people. The shimpent gets to its destination very quickly just as they promise.

    I ordered an urn. It is beautifully crafted, and the engraving was done perfectly. The product arrived within days of ordering online. I would recommend Perfect Memorials to anyone. I am more than satisfied with the product as well as the ease in ordering.

    First time ordering and it exceeded my expectations. Communication was there from day one, I missed adding the review a sample prior to engraving but they added that for me and got my urn to me in 3 days. Very satisfied with their work and will highly recommend them.

    I purchased a similar urn for my father in 2014 and now that my mother has passed, I had to purchase her urn from Perfect Memorials. Product is reasonably priced when I did my comparison, workman ship is perfect, product is exactly what I wanted. Last but not least I ordered on online, and it was delivered in a few days.

    Although attractive and properly engraved, the medallion has some advertising issues. I asked more than once what it was made from, and did not receive a response until after I had received my order. It should be promoted as "polished nickel" or "silver coloured", since neither it nor its chain is "silver." I would presume the same would apply for the "gold" pendant (which may be made of polished brass or something similar). Otherwise it is an attractive and serviceable piece and after I change the chain on it I will be happy to use it.

    The urn I ordered was exactly what I was wanting and expecting. The inscription was beautifully done and everything turned out perfect! My only complaint would be the lack of communication and information regarding the shipping of the urn, which is kind of important given the nature of the product being ordered, otherwise, everything was smooth and easy. If, God forbid, I need an urn in the near future, I would order from Perfect Memorials, LLC again.

    We ordered Large Deep Sea Brushed Cremation Urn - Engravable on a Monday evening and it arrived just a few days later. To say it is exquisite would be a understate.
    The hardest part was deciding on the engraving but decided on the Monotype Corsiva like in the example.
    The color is just a little darker than the picture which is more to my liking.
    It is sturdily built and seals very nicely.
    We did not order any of the bags so I cannot speak on that.
    It looks beautiful on the mantle.
    I can't think of anything negative to say only positive.
