    The urn was exactly what I expected and shipped right away. It was very easy to complete the order and Perfect Memorials responded right away.     The chain and pendant are very nice, and even with the engraving, arrived within a few days!
    I only wish I had paid more attention to the size of the pendant. I was hoping for something a little more dainty and elegant.
    This is a good quality item.
