    Beautiful marker for our pet and arrived really quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial and thick the marker was, how well they translated the picture I sent, and how well everything was laid out. 11 out of 10, above expectations.

    Never use again. Order am Urn for my sister on Sat June 8th and paid for FedEx faster delivery so we can have for service on the 15th. As of today 6-19-2024 the funeral director has not received. Only thing perfect did was refund my express fee back. We also purchase necklaces. This is a zero star company do not use for your family.

    I ordered my urn on a Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. Perfect Memorials was faster getting my urn to me than the vet was getting the ashes. As always, the urn is beautiful. This company is wonderful. I always feel better honoring my pets with an urn that I am proud to have in my home. Thank you Perfect Memorials.

    Needing an urn for my wife's service, I searched online. Perfect Memorials was the overwhelming winner. Selection, variety, size, choice, color, cost-you name it they had everyone else beat. Needing a question answered about sizing, they were on the line in short order with true customer service. I was also told if I approved the engraving sample I'd requested before noon (nothing happens until you okay the engraving) they would start work immediately. Not being able to do the approval until about 2 p.m., I assumed they'd start the next day. Imagine my surprise when I checked my email later that afternoon and discovered that the shipping process had started. Ordered Wednesday delivered late Friday. Everything was as pictured and beautiful. At a time when you don't need complications, Perfect Memorials made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible.

    Perfect memorials ?????????? 5 stars..
    I purchased the rock Urn. It arrived in perfect condition. I realize that I had made a mistake on my engraving and when I contacted them, they were so wonderful to deal with.
    I highly recommend purchasing from them. My order came fast and not damaged.

    We were impressed with customer service answering questions during the selection process. We were especially impressed with the engraver who personally went out of his way to work with us to approve our first choice for the photo to be engraved on my father’s urn. The urn quality and design surpassed my expectations! Shipment was prompt arrived well packaged.
    High recommendation!
