    Do not buy!
    Will cycle through the settings at dangerous times. It can not be stopped and you will be stuck with hearing aids that dont work. Very very dangerous, when driving suddenly you will have a guy yelling the settings in your ear while it goes from no sound to high sound, back and forth, Also will start cycling at meetings at work, important evens et et.
    They also say its water proof or water resistant, yes until you sweat. Im sitting here as it cycles through setting after setting and i have to make speech at a funeral tomorrow. Guess i wont be able to thanks Starkey! Its maddening this voice wont stop cycling through the settings… car restaurant normal car restaurant normal car restaurant car restaurant car arrrrg

    In November of 2022, I sent a long email to Brandon Sawalich, President and CEO of Starkey Headquarters detailing all the issues I had with their company and Employees, and it is now Dec. 21, 2022 and I have not heard back from Brandon. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE, DO NOT BUY STARKEY HEARING AIDS.

    DO NOT BUY Starkey Hearing Aids, both in the USA and in Canada, they tried 7 to 10 times to get their ear molds vent sizes to a 2/2.5mm and got it wrong almost EVERY TIME. Also, their receivers that THEY MAKE, do not fit into the vents in THEIR ear molds, that THEY make.... it's insanity.
    They do not have the Reviews tab accessible to customers on their Facebook account because they don't want people to know how much they suck.
    Teri R****** at the, Center of Excellence, is extremely disrespectful and demeaning, she said my name like 30 times in a 2 minute conversation, I finally told her, that I know what my name is and she needs to stop taking the superiority airs and come down a few notches.
    Corey S****** Manager, is an expert as seeming to work on the customers side only to evade his responsibilities when they have failed numerous times. How can a company who designs and builds their own receivers, not make the correct size in the vents in the earmolds??? STARKEY IS A CRAPPY COMPANY, go somewhere else. After putting up with them 7-10 times of them not getting their ear molds right, Corey's response was, well I spoke to our legal team and that's all we can do for you...
    I reminded Corey that I am the one who wants NOTHING to do with any of YOU, because you all are clueless and they don't know what they're doing. Corey is also an expert at twisting his words when you call him out on stuff... he's an expert back peddler... "Oh, that's not what I meant,.... " "Oh, that's not what I said..." The CEO needs to fire Teri, Corey and the engineer designing their silicone ear molds.
