      0 stars!!! I am a carrier. My ** has been active for over a year. I have two inspections on file. I work with all the major brokers (*********, Coyote, ** ****, TQL, *****, etc.). I completed the pre-qualification on the ** website 6 months ago, and everything was passed. I called them 6 months ago to get access to the load boards and shipments, but they told me I couldnt get it for no apparent reason. Today I called again, and the woman I spoke to was rude and still couldnt answer my question as to why I cant get access. How is this even possible? First of all, I waited on the line for about 30 minutes, only to find out that the woman working there doesnt even know why we cant take loads from them. I would like to know the reason. When I set up with other brokers, they always know the reason usually, its because the ** number hasnt been active long enough but here, no one knows anything. Please update your system and stop misleading people! I wasted my time completing the pre-qualification where everything was passed and then another half hour on the phone with incompetent staff.

      They dont pay on time. If you got tonu they dont want to pay for weeks now. I always have to call and ask for reimbursement multiple times for lumpers or late payments.

      TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! The truckload had to be picked up on the 13th. They didn't do that. Then, I rescheduled for the 18th. They didn't pick it up again. Then I submitted a request with the supplier to do a pick-up on the 22nd, but the freight quote didn't pick it up again! It was really time-consuming and hard to get the pickup requests with such a large supplier, but I made it again. The freight quote failed to pick it up AGAIN. Then I scheduled it for 5th time, THEY FAILED IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS IS A TRASH AND NOT A COMPANY!!!!! The truckload hasn't been picked up for a month, and we lost over $2000 in fees and employee pay, and it is more then we paid for this trash service!!!

      0 stars would be better. I would love to attach pictures if I could. Shipper packaged, wrapped and strapped my shipment to a an oak pallet. I paid the optional insurance. The shipment arrived clearly smashed by a fork truck. The shipping company ******* sent out an inspector, took pictures, denied my claim. Then billed me for sending someone out to even look at it.. crooks, insurance is c*** Keep on mind this was a 13k dollar machine that was bought to help bring food to the table for my family. They didn't care and instead added more to the bill. Averitts policy to cover the case is outdated and wrote back on 2008. C.H. should use better shippers period. Wouldn't be surprised if I get billed for this review.
