  Holy moly - Keith was a godsend! My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with the look of it! Bit more importantly, the support, care, all in work Gavnat Keith did for us! I literally cannot stop looking at it and it is all thanks to Keith! What an amazing human being - huge heart, so personable, and was always there for the customer. We had a slow down on our end with the checks and he did everything in his power to go above and beyond to get them reissued and signed and delivered personally to us rather than waiting for the mail! Such a great experience!

  I was very disappointed in the advice and communication we received from Gavnat. One of the representatives was quite rude when answering my questions. The inacurate information they gave us regarding their fee; they made it sound like most roofing companies paid part if not all of their 10% fee and that they would negotiate with them. Which they did not. Also, we did not receive an award that covered all trim and downspouts, but Gavnat charged us for replacement Value instead of Actual value. We waited 2 and a half years for the award settlement and during that time Gavnat did nothing to expedite it. I have long strings of email where they state, that we would hear something by weeks end. Even the final check was very late...the roofs were on and the contractor had to wait for payment. Gavnat said we would have the check by July 25th and 8 weeks later it came. I wrote to Keith Ellison, MN Attorney General, and their office sent a letter to the insurance company and that brought results far exceeding anything that Gavnat did. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They did not bother to understand that we are not the professionals and they should have been willing to explain the process and have more updates then "we should hear something by weeks end." I believe it would have been less expensive to hire an attorney and would have had better results. Kate V

  My wife and I had a major hail and wind event that created a tremendous amount of damage to our home, and properties we owned in ************. We attempted to deal directly with the insurance company after filing our claim. Not only did the insurance adjuster not perform a complete inspection of our properties but they did not have knowledge of the specific products we would need to repair the damage. The insurance carrier sent out 7 different adjusters who all tried to get us to settle the claim. I contacted the carrier numerous times requesting a full inspection to include the roofs and to explain the errors and needing to use the correct products in determining a value for our claim. None of my efforts helped us get any closer to a fair settlement. I felt hopeless at this point. I had heard that *************************** from Gavnat was very knowledgeable and had significant experience in dealing with property owners that had been treated unfairly by their insurance company. *** listened to my concerns and reviewed all of the documents related to my claim. *** and *** (the owner of Gavnat) believed that our claim had significantly more value than what was being offered by the insurance carrier and Gavnat offered to assist. Gavnat thoroughly inspected all of my properties, wrote detailed inspection reports and spent significant time thoroughly defending the accuracy of their inspection reports. With Gavnats expertise they were able to secure us a fair settlement. Gavnat was able to settle on a value that allowed me to do the work to bring my properties back to their original quality! Their services allowed us to receive hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what was offered to ** when dealing directly with the insurance carrier. The knowledge, experience and professionalism of the Gavnat team was beyond my expectations. My wife and I would recommend Gavnat to anyone that is having to file a claim or like me was already in the thick of it. They were great!

  Had an excellent experience working with Gavnat (***** and *****) after the hail storm hit ************ Summer 2022. Led the process of negotiating with State Farm to get a full roof replacement, gutters, and deck re-finishing. Also assisted in the contractor selection (Three Rivers) who did a fantastic job, though winter prevented the final gutter replacement until this spring. Thanks for everything!

  DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM! We signed a contract with them after speaking with a siding contractor, huge mistake. After 9 months, they sent us for services that they did not complete, for money they said they got for us that we had already come to an agreement with our insurance for. Josh swore at me (f bomb multiple times) and called me a liar even though I have documentation from our insurance that I provided prove otherwise. He also did not respond to emails for many months, delaying us getting our siding fixed. After speaking with his supervisor, Sam, after I had to send additional documentation, they admitted partial mistakes, but in reality did absolutely nothing except demand payment for services that they didn't provide. We will be getting a lawyer involved, frankly not sure how this place still is in business - or doesn't have the state Attorney General involved, they are a scam.
