  Just NO! I wish I could give them a zero. The worst experience I have ever experienced with any organization. Their project manager, Jeremy, had to be chased for months to get the job finally scheduled. They had no follow through and any request had to be made several times before anything was completed. Plain and simple, they are not an organization you want in your life. So grateful that this eleven month nightmare is over!

  I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We put in a lot of effort to address all of your concerns that fell outside the scope of our original agreement. I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify a few things. When you mentioned that you wouldn't pay due to the self-circulating microwave issue, it put us in a difficult position. We genuinely wanted to help by checking the microwave, but unfortunately, we weren't given the chance to do so. We truly stand behind our work and are dedicated to resolving any issues.   Haven Builders was a very challenging company to work with. We had flooding in our basement and it took over a year since the flooding before our project was wrapped up. Our project manager was very spotty with communication, and I had multiple times when I had unanswered texts I had to resend to her to get an answer. We also had multiple times when the people doing the work came and didn't know exactly what they were doing, there wasn't clear communication between us, the workers, and the project manager, so they had to come back the next day to finish the job that should have taken them a few hours. The planning process of getting us on their schedule seemed so unorganized, we felt like it took so long for them to get back to us when they would be coming to work on our job. The product of the work wasn't bad, but organizing and communicating with them was very challenging.

  I have never been more disappointed in a company than this one . we signed a contract in June of 2022 for hail damage to the house. It is now real close to the end of December of 2022 and they are still not done. They called finally and said they would be at the house today at 8:30 am and it is now past that and no one here and no phone call. They do not call after repeated calls to find out any information and there is no answer. According to the contract the remaining balance is due on completion of job (not done) and they have requested payment twice now. Not paying. I would not recommend this company for any job.
