      I am (or was) a fairly regular customer at the ********************** ("FF") operated ************ in ********. Last night - at the HWY 100 location - I specifically asked for a product's available before ordering that item. I was told it was available.After paying, I was asked to pull forward to wait. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. At one point, an employee handed me a blizzard which I then put in my car (thinking it was mine). When she tried to hand me another item (that was clearly not mine), I told her there must be a mixup. She then took the item she had previously handed to me (and which had been in my car) to the customer behind me. My gut tells me that this violates health practices/codes.A little while later, another employee came out with another incorrect item. I handed her my receipt for the correct item, which she took with her inside.She came back with a very, very melted (and level with the top of the cup) Blizzard. I refused to accept it and left - but not before telling her that I would need a refund/was owed my order.I immediately called and was told I would receive a call from the ** ("******") this morning. That did not happen.Fourteen Foods does not have a phone number to call outside of the store itself (which obviously got me nowhere). All they have is a website which requires you to turn over a whole bunch of contact and personal information which they will undoubtedly use to market and sell to *********, I've had to spend all of this time filing this complaint because they are a) incompetent, and b) dishonest.

       I am rejecting this response because:  I have received no phone calls whatsoever from any manager (let alone both of them).  It's 2025 and everyone has call history on their phones. The phone number the provided is correct, which just underscores their dishonest.  I can't prove a negative, but I went through my call history to see if I may have missed a call and voicemail from anyone claiming to be from the business.  Hilarious that they would be so deceptive when the disputed amount is less than $7.00
