      Worst experience with this company, I ordered two items on their website A MONTH AGO, haven't received any updates, tried to contact them online trough their website, no response, I called them multiple times, every time with a different answer. still no updates on my order and no solution given. the WORST customer service I have experienced from a company.

      This customer's order was an online pre-order with an estimated arrival of 11/01/2022. The website indicated that the items were a pre-order. As of today (11/01/2022) the product has just arrived and the order will be filled within the next 2 weeks.

      This purchase was not a pre order when I order it, On the website never showed that this was a preorder, It shows that was out of stock, not that it was a pre-order. I received an email from your company stating that the items was on stock, that was the reason I purchased them and the website did not stated that this was a pre order. Also I Haven't received any updates on my order since I purchased them. So how would I know that was going to take MORE THAN A MONTH when the confirmation email said that it was going to be shipped 2-3. business days. Still a month later and no email with updates , Have sent multiple messages trough your website with no response.
