      I was looking to purchase two different sized ivory colored pillar candles. I was not able to purchase everything together, therefore, I purchased two of the candles from The Container Store website and the smaller candle directly from Luminara.com.Upon receiving the two orders I quickly realized that the two candles purchased from The Container Store were one color and the smaller pillar candle purchased from Luminara.com was much darker. One would think that if you ordered Ivory from the same manufacture the color would be consistent, regardless of whom you purchase your Luminara candles from. When you see the images online they don't appear to be significantly different across the two sites. The item descriptions for both websites include "Ivory" and there is no way of knowing that there is a difference in the coloring via the product images online and their respective product description.Luminara's customer service stated they "do not process exchanges" and that I am "welcome to return" the candle I purchased on Luminara.com at my expense.I'm in the this predicament because Luminara has not made it clear to consumers that "Ivory" is not the same. I requested they provide me with a pre-paid return label as well advise on where I can obtain a 2" wide x 4 1/4" - 5 1/1" high Ivory color candle that is consistent with the Ivory candles purchased at The Container Store.It has been five days since my request above and Luminara's customer service has yet to reply. Please note: their customer service team replied the following day when I sent my initial correspondence to them. We really like the candle, however, I'm not sure how to proceed and don't trust being able to purchase another candle online when Luminara has not done an adequate job in properly distinguishing between the differ Ivory color variations they sell.

      6 faulty out of 1 set of 12 candles that did not work. I reached out to customer We spoke for over an hour on phone and after going through the trouble shooting, the Luminar customer service reassured me that faulty candles can happen accidentally and actually had been an issue with this type of rechargeable candle set. I appreciated the honesty. The customer service lady was very nice thanked me for my understanding and patience on long phone and said she would in return happily replace the 6 of them for me instead of doing a return. Said its easier than a return because I can still keep the candles and the sale has already been made. She took my address, phone number, receipt info, and said she will send out the replacements. Expect it in 2 weeks to a month. Said it might run slow because of Covid still. I was very happy and pleased at how simple it seemed that I was more than happy to wait even when it took longer then 2 months but now its been 8 months and I cant reach her or anyone now. Ive had no follow up calls or status. Ive been dropped. Im beyond frustrated and upset at how long its been and the struggle trying to reach anyone to help. Where are the replacements. Please help! *** struggled too much on this.Nobody is helping, now the only way to reach out is through email. Its being made to be hard.
