    I paid ***** for enrollment on September 15. I was subsequently diagnosed with serious heart disease on September 17 and asked for the ability to resend my enrollment. There was a response mean about changing dates of enrollment. When I asked for a refund partial to Address the limitations I would have in my open heart surgery on October 21. I was Samri told that there were no refunds and was not given any come because of my illness whatsoever.

    Mr. **** ****** is claiming that he was diagnosed with a serious heart disease on September 17th and asked to rescind his enrollment. Mr. ****** didnt come in to join our service until September 19th, which is two days after he found out. In fact, during the consultation, Mr. ****** brought up his health issues and his travel schedule and wanted to make sure that he could freeze his membership when he was out with surgery and with trips to the ******* and *****. Mr. ****** not only did not cancel his membership, but he also came back into our office on September 24th and had his pictures taken, gave us his profile, and started to make selections. In the first week of Mr. ******* membership, he found 24 ladies that he wanted to meet, and 4 of them have already responded yes. He also had 2 ladies select him, which he said yes to all of them. All of this happened after he is claiming he found out about his heart disease.
    In addition, we can also show that Mr. ****** even had us type up an addendum when he joined that states, he can put his membership on hold at any time for travel and medical reasons, which again proves that he joined already knowing about his medical condition.
    Mr. ****** has been very successful in the short amount of time that he has joined our service, and we are here to continue to help him with his membership.

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  Although I sincerely believe that I should be entitled to some type of partial refund, I would like to focus now on using the services that I paid for.  Realistically this would be sometime in 2025 after I have recovered from my open heart surgery.  Therefore, the offer by the business made at the end of their response to BBB to support me in starting to use the service is what I would like to pursue.  I plan to be contact the business staff in early 2025 to start to use the services.
