    This company repeatedly called to tell me they didn't have enough financial information to do a rental history check. The number of calls and the way customer service responded to me could be considered harassment. They also contacted previous employers, which they were not permitted to do. They asked for records of payment and tax information rather than simply confirming employment. This company is holding information that could lead to fraud or identity theft, considering they have sensitive and detailed information about my finances and social security number.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I still believe this company was contacting me relentlessly while not giving clear information as to what they were contacting me about. They were vague and refused to clarify what documents they would like from me. They simply said pay stubs when I gave them pay stubs three times, they still did not have everything they needed and continued to contact me, belittle my intelligence, and leave it up to me to fill in their blanks. They called during my working day many times and did not tell me they needed something other than what I was sending them. In reality, they needed sufficient tax information and did not give notice that the type of information I was sending was not exactly what they wanted to see.

    Started an application process on the website. I have since gone another route and was unable to stop the process on the website due to a constant barrage of SPAM emails.When I called the business, I was advised to contact the property to stop the process. The company does not control what their website does.I was completely flabbergasted that the owner of the website has no control over their website. When I persisted on this issue the representative became combative, rude, and argumentative with **** find this shocking for a BBB business.

    This company began calling people using telephone numbers not supplied to them by me and leaving voice messages on voicemail on which they have left messages with my name despite absolutely not knowing who they are calling nor with my authorization. This violates the Fair Credit Act and multiple federal and state laws

    We have completed our investigation into your complaint. Upon reviewing the phone calls, we did not find that our agents acted inappropriately. There were no negative comments recorded and your application was approved. There is no FCRA prohibition on contacting the property owners.
