    Two of us did an application for an apartment that we were denied for because this report showed four charges that the person does not have in that county or any other and they are not removed yet Let alone they didn't have accurate credit or employment for me. Along with accurate rental history as I have been in same building for 29 years and trying to move.But can not till things are fixed for both of us. And yes, I have proof.I would like corrections fixed and resent to the building asap

    I am currently homeless and in the process a finding a new apartment. I applied for a rental property that is using this company to do their background check. My partner and I both applied on 9/13/2022 and they were holding the rental unit for us pending my background check clearing. For some reason this company started giving the rental company the run around and saying that they could not find any information and kept pushing back the due date for when they would clear the background check. The rental company asked me to go to the county office in my city of ********** to try to find out why this rental history company is not releasing the information for my background check. When I went to the county they said there is no issue or anything on my background check that would prevent me from getting an apartment. The county office also said they never received a request for the background check from this company. Each time I called they told me I had to wait a few days for it to clear. I ask to be escalated to their supervisor because the agent I was in communication with started being rude and wouldnt answer my questions and became argumentative. I was told the supervisor would call me back because he was in a meeting, I never received a callback. I called back again and it was the same response and I still have not been able to speak to a supervisor. They also stop communicating with rental company and wouldnt answer their phone call. I had the county send me a copy of my background check and sent it to the rental company. They then sent it to them and this company wouldnt accept it because they want it to come to them directly from the county. I believe this company is discriminating against me and is purposely preventing me from being able to rent a place to live. I applied to other places and never had an issue with my background check clearing. The rental place had to cancel my application because of this and I am still homeless.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I was able to get a copy myself which the company reject and Sacramento county said they never received a request from this business. I am homeless and living in a hotel in a time where inflation is out of control, gas prices are through the roof. This company should have done a better job of working with me to figure out the issue. This is why I believe they discriminated against me and now theyre saying its because of a birthday change. Why was it so difficult for them to give me that answer when I was looking for answers? I lost the opportunity to move into that apartment which is unacceptable and if I apply for another place that could use this company how can I guarantee they wont do the same thing? Are they not able process any background checks in **********?

    I have been applying for apartments and one apartment recently rejected my application based on information gathered from this company. However, when I try to access the information, it says that it has no record of me in their systems. If they don't have a record of me in their system, why are they telling landlords negative, incorrect things about me? The landlord did not specify what the company was saying, but I do not have any history of late rentals payments, I had an eviction that was dismissed per the landlord's request and the case was expunged and should not be showing up at all, I have never had any landlords complain about damage to their property. I want to see what this company is saying about me, and I do not feel that I should have to pay for this information, especially when they claim that they don't have any information.
